LexAir was founded by people who understood fractional jet ownership from the inside - the operational mechanics, the ownership structures, and the points at which complexity tends to work against the client rather than for them.

The idea was straightforward: build a fractional jet ownership programme for the UK and Europe that removes the variables most owners never asked for in the first place. One aircraft type.
